Do not answer any calls that are not identified on your cell phone, After a while they will stop calling you

Very rude people who call regardless of what you say. They have no regard for collection standards or telecommunications laws. They laugh when you tell them to stop and say they don't care if you report them to the Federal Trade Commission.
