Portfolio Recovery Debt Collection Agency. Scammers that buy up old debts, or charged off, paid off debts, for pennies on the dollar, and try to collect on them. Don't fall for their tactics because they have no right to be collecting anything on any of these debts. Do not give them any information. Just block their numbers, or hang up on them.

Have had several calls from this number when answer they hang up. Number shows collection agency but hanging up on a person is rude.
