Calls over and over. I blocked the number but he's still trying.
When I answered the first time it was a machine I don't answer anymore

Called my cell asked for me by first and last name, very broken English, when told I was not available and asked if there was a message he hung up.
They call numerous times a day, never leave a message on who or why they are calling, they provide no information and when I have called the number they never answer.
