Did not answer but research identified them as Portfolio Recovery. They have used 5 other phone numbers. I no longer answer phone numbers without Caller ID noted. I do not have any past due amounts so they are just wasting their time.

they call my house ask for my name and social security,when i ask for them to verefy them selfs they told me not before i give my informtion,they not allow to give me any information unles i give them my information first,i will like to know who are this people and what they want.

I know this is just another number used by Portfolio Recovery collection agency. I'm sure they purchased my past due credit account from the credit card company. I did not authorize such purchase and refuse to deal with them because they are harassing me both at WORK and at home and they use the purchase of bad credit card accounts for pennies on the dollar amount owed the credit card company and then try to make money themselves off the person who owes the money. They are not a Law Office. I will repay my old debts when the money allows directly to the credit card company that issued the card.

I'm assuming this is a collection agency. Whoever had my cell phone number before me must have been seriously in debt because every collection agency from the East to West coast has contacted me. Most are nice, but they don't listen - the just keep calling. If I didn't have an unlimited number of minutes I would mind a lot more.

Call 1-888-772-7326, if you have time to play...don't say a word, go to leave a message and just do nothing, after a short time it will ask you to pust 1 to continue, (once again, if you have time to play, push 1) repeat as necessary, Tap the phone, get your dog to bark, belch, phart, do whatever! This is fun! Can't wait to see how long it takes them to change their number! Roll 'em up Americans!!!!
