WHY IS IRS NOT FOLLOWING THESE COMPLAINTS. THIS AFFECTS THE CREDIBILITY OF IRS.

Received the same IRS call about a lawsuit. I received this same call 6 months ago;but, from a different number. Same scam, same message.

I received a call also. The IRS doesn't file lawsuits - they conduct audits. You would be notified by mail if you were being audited. Furthermore, the caller never used my name or gave their name. This is total BS.

They called me also. The IRS doesn't file lawsuits. They conduct audits. You would be notified of an audit by mail. Furthermore, the didn't use my name or give a reason for a "lawsuit" nor did they state their name in the message. This is total BS.
This number callled and left a message that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me.
