My husband and I are both disabled and can't stand these calls anymore. They call everyday and do the same to us as to the other complaints. If you do press "1" to speak to someone and tell them to remove you, they do indeed hang up, same if you tell them you don't have any credit cards. How dare they irritate and inconvenience us and hang up on us? I want to know what we can do about this as we've had it!! Not answering is not an option.
I just got a call today and I just played along with the scammer, after five minutes I asked him for an even lower than 6% rate, I just called him a few nice names .I think he felt a bit devastated.Be cautious with these low lifer's .
I keep receiving calls from this number. When I ask for a supervisor the person on the line hangs up. The call always says this is the last time I will get a call, but later they call again. How can I report this company and cash in on their fines?
"This is your second and final notice to lower your credit card interest. Press one now to speak to a representative." I have gotten about 100 'second and final notices', DAILY CALLS from this spammer. I actually picked up and asked to be placed on their Do Not Call list, and the "cardmember services" person promptly hung up on me. I HATE THESE PEOPLE!
When it's not Bridgett, then it is Carmen with the same "Cardholders' Services" scam. I get the same call from many different area codes. Once I block one number, the same call comes in from a different number. Scambags!
