They called me twice latterly back to back 3:27pm TN time never answered it thanks everyone for the good information

This is not a telemarketer. It is a scam and the calls are designed to phish for information to use for identity and credit theft. Be smart! If it sounds to good to be true, it usually is. They claim to be able to lower your interest rate on your credit card. When you ask which card, they will then name 7 or 8 different, unrelated banks/businesses. They are also unable to confirm your exact balance. They will state something like "your balance is greater than $2500 or $3500" or whatever arbitrary number but they cannot confirm your actual balance. I hope this helps prevent someone being taken advantage of by these creeps.

YES - they called my cellphone. I picked up and heard an automated voice saying "we have important information about your credit card ... then did a sales pitch on saving me INTEREST on my credit card". I hung up immediately before hearing the rest of the pitch.

Refused to answer, on my cellphone is even worse, blacklisted it immediately. If your calling me and I don't know who you are and you don't leave a message, you are blacklisted immediately. You won't call me again and you won't get a text through. Thanks all for the heads up. I will check you out.

CallerID blank. Didn't answer. No msg.

Kept calling me so I blocked this number. Now they keep texting me! This is absolutely illegal since I am on no telemarketing list!

Prerecord from "Heather" at Card Services. When I hit 1, they claimed to be in Orlando, FL.

Unknown NJ number, didn't pick up, didn't leave a message.

Offered to lower interest rates on my card. Since I don't have a credit card that'd be highly unlikely.

Just had a call from the same number. It was a recording that said they were calling from account services about my credit card. It said it could lower my interest rate too, but I didn't push any buttons to get to a live person.

Didn't know it. Didn't pick it up.
