I received a call from this number in the morning @ 10:44am. The caller ID showing New Jersey, but I didn't pick up.

Scammer. Calls to offer lower interest rate on credit card. I asked which card they were referencing. The guy quickly muttered through VISA?---Master AmEx Wells Fargo? I said I didn't have a Wells Fargo card. He said his system says I do. I said I didn't. He immediately disconnected call.
