Today, 10/02/2018, at 8:38 a.m., CST I received a call from this number and the caller id identified it as coming from "Dr. Lenard's Healthcare." I did not answer the phone as I am not interested in ordering anything from this company but I see it was a spoofed number. I have blocked the number from calling me again.
