Called my cell, of which I never give that number to anyone but friends, family and work. I'm also on the National Do Not Call Registry, for my cell and my home phone, which obviously does nothing, because I get calls like this on both phones all the time. Why bother signing up for Do Not Call when it never works, even if you report the calls to the FTC?
