Has called many times. Always asks for Elmer. If you say, there is no Elmer, he'll say "well maybe you can help me" then proceed to ask for money allegedly for charity. If this were legit, then the call should start with stating how they are, and they would ask for the same fake person every time. I have asked numerous times to be taken off their call list but they persist.
