Staffing agency, incredibly hard to understand and likely fake.

It's a outsourced staffing agency. They've called me about 7 times today with different numbers but the same 732 area code, emailing & leaving voicemails for a position I neither applied for or interested in plus they are hard to understand. Highly annoyed right now.
