This was a follow-up to a call received from Capital Magazine Services. I originally took a survey and was promised a Walmart gift card for taking it but later found out I must pay postage of $8.60 per month for 60 months to receive the magazines. I did not want the magazines which I was originally told would be free (complimentary). I was asked for my address so they would know where to send the "free" magazines and was not immediately asked for money. When this number called, I was told this is a supervisor for Capital Magazine Services, and she was ready to take my credit card information. I told her I don't have the money right now but would like to know when I would receive the Walmart gift card. She told me I could not get it unless I got the magazines. I accused her and Capital Magazine Services of misleading me at the beginning of the original call. She hung up on me.
