We have been getting calls from this number even though we are on the "NO CALL LIST". How do we go about filing the lawsuit for $1500 for each call. I think I have enough to go on a nice vacation..

I have gotten 17 unwanted calls in the last 2 days. They started off with the bladder sling thing, then other areas of interest. These calls also are from different numbers and states. Sometimes it says RESTRICTED and sometimes the caller ID says : 000000000000. I just don't answer, because I don't know what else to do.

Told me I was eligible for a cash award because I'd had a bladder sling surgery I never knew about (sarcasm)
Then went on to ask if I'd ever taken blood thinner medication. Then hung up on me, I called back 4x before someone didn't hang up on me I asked them to put me on the SU bit call list.
