Scammer, obviously. Did not answer, they left no message, and I know NO ONE in "Ann Arbor, Michigan" (likely a fraudulent caller-ID), probably another India-based scammer. Check YouTube for "scamming the scammer videos" for a fun time listening to pro "victims" ruining these people's day!
