Okay, I've gotten a bunch of calls from this number telling me about bringing me to court for credit card debt I don't have. Pretty sure if I had stayed on the phone with them they would have started asking for personal information. These people are nasty scammers, just ignore them.

Received a call saying they were trying to serve papers and they were returned.This was a legal matter and please return the call so a court date wouldn't be missed. Believe this a scam.

Received a call stating that I had a civil suit they wanted to talk to me about. It's my understanding that Subpoena are submitted to parties via a process server.
