I got the same call! Happy to be in the club. Sounds super legit /s. If you get a call from this number it is a scam. The IRS will send letters of correspondence. Also, we don’t use magistrates to settle tax disputes like they do in India. Where the scam probably originated.
they said it was a federal case and 2nd attempt and they suggest that there is a case # assigned. this is fake. The IRS sends letter correspondance
they are representing themselves as the IRS.
