Spoofed number - Selling pharmaceuticals.

Caller had an Indian accent but claimed to be from Texas.This is a repeated caller that somehow keeps changing their number so they can bypass call blocking technologies. They are trying to sell drugs such as Viagra and Vicodin. Same callers call from a number that has a hidden area code 865-6696
