On my caller ID I saw the letters NPS. I didn't answer the phone, but let it ring which is my routine when I don't recognize the number.
After a few minutes, I ran the phone number through Google and it said that it WAS NPS with suggestions to report the number and what happened. This is what I am doing here. Have a good day.
