Its obvious that these guys barely speak english, and use fake names, and are out to scam people from there own money by using scare tactics and by yelling and then hanging up on you, making sure that you know they have your address and ss number, I am scared, cant sleep good knowing that i didnt give them the ransome they demanded and they know where I live! I have small children in my home, and refuse to give money to people i dont know, and dont owe. If cash advance is selling our information, then they should also be in trouble for all the legal system will allow! Im calling cash advance on Monday to see if this is a sister company or if they give out our personal information. These guys got it from some where.... scary!!

We also have been getting calls from these people, they left 740-205-6659 number on our ansering machine, the caller id showed it as a private call. we have recieved calls from them as early as 6am on sunday. nice company! And its all a scam!

I also got a call couldnt understand there english. sounded like middle eastern men. My story is so familier to the rest here! I was hung up on as soon as I said I was calling the court house to verify that a warrent was put out for my arrest. lol, I havent even ever gotten a speeding ticket, let alone owe money to people I dont know. Its definitly a scam!!!

My sister also got calls from this number, she was terrified, they threatened her, and let her know they knew where she lived, that day she recieved several calls, most came up as restricted, but she was left a message to call back this 740-205-6659, and when she did a man who said his name was Bob started yelling at her accusing her of owing him money and that she must western union him that day or else, she said she didnt have the 500.00 he was demanding and he told her she better come up with it or else, she is terrified, he told her he knows where she lives and will get her. I googled the number and can see that she is not the only person who has suffered from this company. And am glad to know its a scam. I will also file a complaint with the FBI, Hope fully they will be a business of the past. I wonder how many people have fallen for this scam and have wired them money?

I also recieved a call from 740-205-6659, the man barely spoke english and also said he was an officer with the FBI and that i was being chareged with fraud, but they would not go forward with having me arrested if i would wire money that day, he also told me my address, and said he had my social security, and if I didnt wire the money I would have some severe consequences, i took that as a threat! The back ground noise on there end was a lot of other people speaking, like telamarketers, very loud. And some yelling. These are scary indivuals that try to use intimidation tactics to extort money from those who they call. Do not give them money! It is a scam, please report them to the FBI, This scam must be stopped and there LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS LLC must be put out of business, and the people who run this need some free meals in our prison system.

A person who said his name was officer Mike Stone from the FBI's office said he was going to file a complaint on me for fraud in my home town because i owed money to Cash advance (I never took a cash advance) and I would be arrested if i didnt wire him money right now, I asked him to fax me the paper, showing the amount and date when such a cash advance took place, I was then hung up on.

I have had the same thing from this number

They called several times, demanded that i western union them money, said it was from a cash that advance I recieved (I never recieved a cash advance) And if I didnt that I would be arrested. They said they know where I live, and gave me my house address. Scary! And that they had my SS#, and it would be givin out unless I went to western union and gave them 395.00 that day.

I saved the messages left on my house phone and cell phone. They hardly speak english and were harsh with trying to get me to pay money, and threatened that i would be arrested, they were with the FBI, and I performed an act of fraud. When in fact they are committing fraud. And trying to steal money from the general public. If any one reading this, Please file a complaint with the FBI. together we can stop this company. I researched the number and found that number is listed under Level 3 communications LLC. Out of Lancaster OH. There are also more complaints on this number 740-205-6659 under google.

They called me and said they were with the FBI and he claimed to be officer Mike Stone, and said they were charging me with fraud for a cash advance that they claimed i took, I never got a cash advance, I did look into it at one time, but never accepted or got any money, so i think cash advance must sell there list of names, and then they use harrasment and verbal abuse to obtain money, thats extortion,racketeering and every one should file a report with the FBI, its illigal to use the tactics they use, impersonating an officer... the list goes on and on! Its scary that they knew my address and said they had my social security number, If cash advance is giving them this information, then they too need to be put out of business!

They left a voice message about a cash advance. When i called back the person who claimed to be Mr. Brown (supervisor) i started to ask questions regarding his company he became nervous and hang up on me.

Fraudulant call claiming to be from an investigative agency. When contacted refers to supervisor claiming to be Bob Cooper, who be mistake indentified his company before realizing what he had done. Company: Cash Advance - This is a scam number.
