It's from a business called Local Lighthouse (www.locallighthouse.com). Call them back directly at (888) 370-8231 and request to be removed from their list.

They're obviously using robocalls and shady tactics to prey on older people unfamiliar with tech. File a complaint with the FCC here: https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=39744

Be sure to use their company name, website, direct phone number, and the number they called you from!
