Forced to hang up on them daily because they won't take no for an answer. Very aggravating.

Stop with the spam calls. Just happened on 9/24/2019, 10:11am.

Got a call just now saying that they had to talk to somebody or that business location would not be getting electricity any longer. Hung up on him.

These energy companies call our business two and three times daily even though we tell them EACH time we want to stay with AEP and want to be taken off of their call list. They insist of talking and when we try to hang up, they will continue to call back again and we are forced to be rude and hang up on them repeatedly. They have even changed around their phone number as a "decoy". We are a busy office with heavy phone volume. We do not appreciate our one line being tied up with this kind of nonsense.
