Low credit card interest rate.

This caller has called many times before using different numbers. I have filed a previous complaint against them, or at least against someone using the same recorded message, but I did not keep a record of the complaint.

A search of the reporting sites indicates that this operation has been going on for years and you've been unable to stop it, so I wish you good hunting this time.

Promoted lowering your interest on your credit card but when you pressed 1 to connect it turned into an attempt to collect a debt. When I asked who they thought they called they quickly disconnected the line. Never any name or ud provided.
