Supposedly this is a company called PC Support, which I is the company that helped me with my computer when my computer guy was on vacation; however, I did not sign up for any "auto-renewal as they stated on their voicemail. I called and to the person answering that if they put a charge on my card of $349 for something that I did not request I will sue them. This is not the number for the PC Support that I used, which means this is a scam.
