Caller ID said "SSI" and this number. When answered, person gave a name and said he was calling from Addison Research and wanted to ask some questions. I verified the name of the company and told him I was on the do not call list and would be reporting the call. I believe research calls are allowed but the impersonation of a government agency is not.
