Talked with Tech Support agent but I believe it is a scam call. Wanted to refund $249.99 to me and directed me to Chase for Business.com. I refused to give my bank account and routing numbers. I told him I believed it to be a scam and finally hung up on him because I refused to do business HIS way. If they owe me money, they can do like the old days and write me a refund check and drop it in the mail. They got complaints about not giving the customers the service they were entitled to and they were told to refund money to their customers. What about complaints on how they want to manage the refund process which is too risky. They must think that we are all idiots. I need to open an account and leave the minimum in it for foolishness such as this just to see how far it goes. There should be a law against such practices within companies toward their customers. Genuine customer service is a thing of the past. What a shame that businesses stoop to this level ! ! !

Caller wanted to refund $249.99 but I believe it was a scam. Directed me to Chase for Business web site to fill in personal banking information and I refused to give them that info. He had much of my personal info just to try to prove it was legitimate, but I didn't fall for it at all. I finally hung up.
