THEY WANTED ME TO APPLY FOR A GRANT TO PAY FOR MY ONLINE COLLEGE EDUCATION WITH "COLLEGE NOW." I HAVE LIMITED MONTHLY MINUTES ON MY CELL PHONE. THESE CALLS RAN UP MY PEAK DAYTIME MINUTES WHICH ADD TO MY CELL PHONE COST.
