Called on May 11, 2016 and left long voice mail. Indian accent. Said it was in regard to IRS tax issue and threatening enforcement action if I did not call back. call was listed as coming from Florida.

They called me a second time and left a message that was very threatening. I called back for the heck of it. The number doesn't ring through.

Received this call on Thu 12 May. Caller said it was regarding an enforcement action needing my serious attention. If I ignore this message I a threatened with facing a magistrate judge or grand jury for a federal criminal offense.

Called back just to be curious, got a foreign woman who said many of the same things. Said I had a federal warrant so I said well I guess I should call my attorney. She said an attorney couldn't help me, only they can haha.

Said IRS--heavy accent Steve Marin message left "You will l be under arrest & go to Magistrate court for not paying taxes" Call him & gave phone number

I got the voicemail with the same Indian accent and threats, I called and told them they were on the morning news and to stop calling me.

Foreign accent claiming to be a treasury agent calling for enforcement via magistrate warning ignoring this call would constitute legal action. I called treasury on this a few months ago and their voicemail told me this was a scam, not that it was needed but I like to be thorough. I called back and stated I was with the u.s. attorneys office and was blanked out before I could even get to the FBI.
