Portfolio Recovery collection agency. They spoof caller ID numbers all over the country.

Called saying it was for personal matters but would not state who they were exactly or what company. Just kept repeating they were calling for personal matters. And just kept asking for personal information. Dont pick up! Anyone that cant identify themselves up front with you, is automatically suspicious.
Extremely annoying!
