They left many messages saying please call this number that they had an Arbitrary Matter and needed to get mu husbands statement before going forward with this case. This is the second scam company with in 6 months and has tried to get money from my husband you would think by now that they would stop. I did call my local police and report it and called the company back and told them to remove my number from there system cause I called the cops and they hung up on me. This company is nothing but a scam and aren't real please no one fall for the bs...

I've been contacted at my cell phone 678-308-1325 by an Amber and a David Wells stating they have preliminary and arbitrary information filed against me by another party and I needed to contact them at the above numbers and last 4 digits (6317) and (6285)

Wow. Scam o Rama. The woman said a bunch of stuff and then said "It is what it is"
I said WHAT? It is what? I told her if she ever said "It is what it is" to me again, I would find her and kill her. I hate morons who say that retarded ****. They need to die.

I assume it is what it is, same as what others have posted. Don't ask for me by name, who they are, what they want. Some arbitrary matter that has come across her desk of which I may not be aware (still am not) and wants a statement. Yeah right...

Anyone ever speak to Amber or David..? No! The "Amber Knight" and "David Wells" messages are pre-recorded...call the company back (757 204 6330) and you'll get some other idiot but never Amber or David. There are 2 or 3 Amber / David pre-recorded messages that play over and over again...for every number being dialed. I'm not sure what other BS this company is up to but one thing they are trying to do is collect on very old debt. In most states, the statute of limitation on credit card debt is 4 years. Do NOT make the mistake of sending these scumbags any money!

Call them. Tell them they are violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Let them know that if they call you again, you will file a complaint with the FTC. ( Which you can easily do online at: www.ftc.gov ) I did and it seems to have worked...7 days, no calls.

The girls name is Amber Knight, she has called me twice both times wanting to discuss with me a recommendation in regarding an arbitrary matter and needed to touch basis with me to get a statement. I go to work at 2 am and get off at 10 am she's called while I was sleeping and woke me up twice needless to say I was pretty upset. This is obviously a scam. I never answer or call back.

I keep receiving daily phone calls from an Amber Knight at 757-204-6330 as well. She does not state what company she is with and she does not ask for my name personally on my voicemail. She just requests a return call regarding a statement from an arbitrary matter. I blocked my number and called this same number back and a lady by the nam,e of 'Jane' answered and she as well does not list the company I am calling. All she said was "Thank you for calling, this is Jane, how can I help you"... I hung up. I did a reverse phone number look up on the White Pages and it says that this phone number is listed to a cell phone. IF THIS WAS A LEGIT BUSINESS MATTER --- THEY WOULD BE CALLING FROM A BUSINESS PHONE --- NOT FROM A CELL PHONE!!! Do not return this call or provide any personal information. I too suspect that this is a scam to obtain your personal info and to use it in a harmful manner!

Amber has called every day this week and leaves a messg. Does not state either my name or her co. name. Says she's calling about an arbitrary matter which I may not be aware of and she is wanting a statement from me. I have no debt so this has to be a scam. I will not be calling her back and am looking to see how to block her # so that they stop using up my minutes.

Report them to the Attorney General office for your state sue them for harrasment

Girl left message with no name, I called it back and said we are currenlty closed, still no ID of a business name or anything.

Calls every day on a business phone for a person that no longer for the company and they won't remove the number. Name is Amber Knight and David Wells. They use 757-204-6284 for Arron Watts and 757-204-6299 for Jill Crawford. When we called the number they said it was the law office of John Sa unders. He does not exist.

Same thing here from David Wells, Drake Montebano, Amer Knight for the last 4 months I get daily calls. Says they have been trying to get ahold of me for a statement on arbitrary matter. "Doesn't know why they haven't heard back from me" . Take the time to return call, if I do not return call they will assume that I have no interest in returning this call and they will proceed accordingly

This time it was Amber Knight: This person uses other numers as well. I have also received calls from this numbe and it was a male. There are also other numbers that use the same script.

Office does not list who they are. I am not about to answer a call when they don't tell me who they are. They call everyday and it is annoying.
