I told the guy who answered the phone, after I pressed "1" that the call was misleading and could be especially for older people. He told me to shut the 'f'' up.....using the actual word, probably about 20 times. Then he told me he would call me every day.
had a security issue with citi bank for real when they asked for password on account. i hung up called the actual number on back of my card. citi took care of issue and never asked passwprd on back of account. never give password out they have no right to have that info.
