Thank you for your post, Tiffany. Without it, I wouldn't have known who was calling me since s/he didn't leave a voicemail. And now I can add more info. I got the call after providing my cell number online to request a 14-day sample of Probioslim. But I didn't complete the process because I would've been agreeing to monthly shipments of the product at a higher price than what two of their listed retailers (Wal-Mart and CVS) are charging. I was not expecting the site to have retained my contact info, much less use it, since I didn't go through with the purchase (I call it a "purchase" because you have to pay S&H for the sample). Hopefully, if the person calls back, I can get my number removed from their system.

company seems to be fraudulent. Rep called from 757-414-6055 and offered 14dy supply of weight loss pills with reduced shipping to .99 AND a free $100.00 gift card to use anywhere. After getting and verifying my credit card information the rep asked me to clearly speak my CVV code again, which I thought was strange. I received the order in the mail yesterday minus the gift card, when I called I was told I reached the sales dept and there was nothing they could do but to call customer service and have link resent for gift card. When I called customer service @1877-869-3308 the next morning and spoke with rep Cindy Edinger she had no clue as to what gift card I was referring to so I requested to speak with a supervisor. Supervisor's name was Roy (with no last name) but mumbled his ID #162. I asked several times for Roy to speak up and a little more clear and he refused. Roy explained to me that the gift card would take 3-4weeks to arrive bc it was coming from a third party. This is not at all what I was expecting and demanded to cancel. I asked Roy for my cancellation number and he told me there was none to give, it would arrive in the form of an email.
