Exactly the same as Julian happened to me. I found out that this is a collection agency.

Received a call from this number today. The representative on the phone said her name was Caroline and she is from the office of Vance and Huffman. She said she had files on her desk for my mother and I requested she mail the information. Hope this helps someone.
They seem to be a debt recover company out of Virginia.
