It's a sales call for a crappy, pre-populated ad-ridden site, to make it look like there is something going on there.
I would not bother submitting my business on that site even if they paid me. It's useless.
Anyone can run an ad agency, or... anyone can charge for advertising... You gotta see the difference.
Nevertheless, the fookers are in violation of "National Do Not Call". They also go for our Toll Free numbers, so check your bills and give them straight to your attorney. They also data-mine "WHOIS" for the purpose of collecting domain owners names for soliciting. As I can see from here, their troubles are so on the way that it's way past point-of-no-return. 757-578-3500
