It promoted a remote access software program that will fix all issues having to do with computer viruses which was run by Troy and even though I explained to him that I have two separate security suites running on my computer and never had any issues with viruses and the like, he insisted that based on my submitted "reports" to Microsoft he deduced that I have computer viruses and needed to fix the problem right away by getting remote access to my computer which I allowed and while it seemed to be doing something I was suspicious due to his insistence that there viruses on my computer but he will take care of them for good and I should have no more reports to submit.Yet he never fully explained HOW those viruses came to be other than to tell me that once his program terminated he was going to explain me the source of my problem.
