Call every afternoon about 5 pm then call my wife's cell minutes later, never leave msg
Collection agency with very ruthless tactics; dont forget that the day you agree to any repayment that it refreshes (i.e. starts over) the expiration date for the record to be removed which is a 7 year cycle from your credit report.
The only way to get them to stop calling is to send them a certified letter referencing your name and address and acct # if you have it as well as phone number they are calling requesting that they contact you by mail and not by phone. By law they have to honor this and could be fined quite a bit. It is rare they wont comply as if you are savy enough to send a letter you usually are the type to send it to the enforcement agencies if they do not comply.
They are calling my work and both of my parents and I'm sick and tired of being harassed by these people. I don't owe them money.
