They appear to be part of the same "Card Services" scam that has been going on for a couple of years, calling cellphones at random claiming they will lower your interest rates on all your credit cards. Its the same recording and message... however identifying themselves as supposedly being "Discover Financial Services" is a new twist. The two numbers provided above 757-852-9899 and 961-552-7079 were captured by my phones caller ID. In the first case all it said was VA,USA... the second case reported as Unknown.

I hung up and did not "press 1" as requested.
