The automated message says that they're calling from 'card services' that my account isn't late, but that I should call immediately to lower my interest rate. The only option is to hit '1' to speak to a representative.

They've called me at the number multiple times, and I knew it was a fraudulent call, but I pressed '1' to speak to a representative to ask them to take my name off the call list.

When a representative answers and I told him I was on the do not call list and wanted my number removed from their database, he hung up on me.

This caller is very misleading, saying that they're calling about 'my account' and, when you're trasferred to a representative, they answer the phone 'card services' and don't identify themselves as any specific company.

"you're now eligible for low interest rates on all your credit card accounts, press 1 now to speak to a representative before your eligibility expires!"
