call came in 811pm unknown caller

Received a call from this number today April 30, 2009, the lady kept insisting that they could LOWER MY INTEREST RATE on MY CREDIT CARD. After me repeatedly asking her WHICH credit card are you referring to, she got rude. Then when I told her that I was reluctant to give her any of my personal information because she couldnt tell me specifically what card she was referring to along with the fact that the call came up on my Caller ID as a CELLULAR CALL... she slammed the phone down on me. I WILL be making a report to the Attorney General's Office.

The call came in and a pre-recorded message said the call was my "last chance" to get lower rates on my credit card and to press 1 to talk with someone. I pressed 1 and got a live person that immediately asked if I had more than $3000 in credit card debt. I immediately requested to be put on their do not call list and they hung up. I have received more than a dozen phone calls from the same people. The last time they called before this one, after I hit 1 and they asked if I had over $3000 in credit card dept, I said 'no' and was then going to ask to be put on the do not call list, but they hung up as soon as I said no. All it says on the caller ID is 'Sales Dept'

Whoever this is continually calls our home, leaving no message. I tried calling back and received a recording that the number is no longer valid. I want the calls to end!

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHO IS CALLING FROM THIS NUMBER. IT IS A SALES DEPARTMENT FROM TEMPERANCEVILLE, VIRGINIA AND THAT IS ALL I KNOW. ANYONE HAVE ANY INFORMATION ON THIS.
