Said they were calling to lower my interest rate on my credit card. Current accounts dont do that, so this was. obviously a telemarketing call.

when I called the number back, it was busy and dead air. the reviews I see on line is that it is a service that claims to lower your credit card interest rate. they ask for your card or account information.
