has call my wife threatening her with
jail and sending people to her work because of all that she got fired

My son keeps getting calls from a Roger Davis & Allen Watson stating he is being sued and that they wanted him to fax a copy of his Drivers License to them. They have called at least 20 times and state that he does not return their call that the police will coming to get him and take him to jail. Of course, we did not fax anything to them nor confirm SS# or DL#. This is total fraudulant. I even tried to calling them to get their address. They would not give it to me.

This number is calling my place of employment stating thier is accusations against my social, they call my cell phone too, this is getting out of hand and It needs to stop. They have such thick accents you are unable to understand what they are saying.

Today they are calling me from a different number,they say they are Roger Davis, with a heavy foreign accent. They tried this about 4 months ago. I know I have never gotten a payday loan, I just don't call them back. They are annoying, but if I were being sued, I would know by now...plus, I just got a copy of my credit report when I bought a new car 2 months ago, and there is no oustanding debt. I know they are a pain in the a**, but if you have never had a loan, they are just trying to strong arm you...They are obviously not from this country as there is no debtors prison here..if there were, 75% of the population would be in jail.

These heavy foreign accent people are relentless. They call from different numbers using familiar sounding names (depending on your ethnic background) trying to trick you into paying monies they claim you owe from a past due payday loan. They use scare tactics threatnening to take you to court or that they are calling from a court house or lawyer's office. I've reported most of their numbers to the FTC but they still call using new/different numbers each time. I never answer my phone, if I don't recognize the number-- but they leave messages.

a jessica keeps call asking for money and payment from a debit card. Has called 4 times at work and I keep telling her to call me at home. I do I get rid of her . She wants $568.00 for payday loan that she says I owe.

I receive voicemails from this number and similar numbers out of Victorville, CA from some people with Middle Eastern accents claiming to be named Paul Smith, Andy Brown, Jeff Hardy and so forth saying that they need me or my "retained attorney of record" to call them back immediately or legal action will be brought upon me. They end the voicemail by saying that if they do not hear from me or my attorney soon the only thing they can do for me is "wish me good luck as the situation unfolds" on me or by saying they're going to see me in the courthouse.

I've Googled this number and other numbers used by these people and I've found several postings from many people confirming that this is a scam being done by people who use records from payday loan sites. That's how they're able to know the last four digits of your SSN, your address, your employer, your position at work and even your drivers' license number.
