A man named Danial Smith called and left messages on my cell and work numbers. They said I owed money to a payday loan company. They would not give me any information about them. They said I have a warrant out for my arest today at 12:00. I called our sheriffs department to make sure. They said I did not have one. They will not answer the phone now.

I got a message at work stating a Mark Hunter needed to speak to me, that he was with Enforcement Law Office. I called him back he was rude and told me that I was being charged with 3 charges for payday loan I never got. When I started asking him dates and what service it went through he told me not to be worried about that, he said if I didn't pay this amount of money then legal actions was going to be taken. Today he called and stated that his name was Mark Benives and that he wished me the best of luck. When I started asking him things he kept trying to hang up on me.

I just received a call from a man I could barely understand. Said I had 3 arrest warrent against me and he couldnt tell me what it was, I had to call back and talk to Kevin Lloyd at 760-269-4172.

I received a call on both my cell and at work from a "Mr. Bevin" who stated he was a paralegal with the "State Attorney's Office" and that I had 3 charges filed against me. When I asked for details he claimed that he could not give me any and that I needed to call Kevin Lloyds at this same number and he would discuss. He also told me that if I got hung up on or if the line was busy to "keep trying" as it was very important I speak with him. Geez...
