Yes I have been getting 3-5 calls a day I've tried to get information from him but can barely understand "Jack Anderson" These calls started about the middle of December. Anyone have any idea how to make them stop??

Scam Alert! A man called me a about a court case they filed against me. Would not tell me the company name. Said that they will send a subpoena to my work and home and will block my name. Asked me to pay by a credit card $728.41. Sounded so credible, but the Pakistani accent with a very American name gave him away!

Caller has heavy indian or pakistani accent but an American name, he is threatening and abusive if you ask for information. I got up to 5 calls from them today and several voice mails asking to call them back. Once I answered and he was very hard to understand, all I got was that I am going to be sued for not paying a pay day loan I supposedly took out some time ago. scam alert! I didn't take any payday loans.
