very abusive

they continue to tell me that they have a warrent for my arrest and the FBI will be picking me up

I received a call from 760/278-3027 asking for my attorney information so they could send information regarding 3 clams filed against me. He stated Cashnetusa decided to pursue legal action. When I inquired about further information I was advised to to call the same number that contacted me.
I called that number and spoke to "Michael Carter" who advised they wanted to send all legal documents regarding a case against me. I requested information regarding the case. He stated he had a legal affidavit in my name (which he read to me). He stated that cashnetusa declared the money a loss and declare it to be stolen and file a case against me in my county. He then threatened to contact my employer and inform them of this situation.
When I asked questions and requested he send me information, then said Thank you and hung up.
Upon call back I was hung up on a couple times and eventually sent to voice mail.

I contacted Cashnetusa and was advised my account wasn't even in collection, and has not been referred to a 3rd party nor have they filed any claims with me.

I again attempted to contact the attorney and got his voice mail. I left one message advising he needs to contact me immediately. I then made another call, after speaking to Cashnetusa, and advised that he was not representing that company and that I would report this harassment to the proper authorities.

I have recorded messages of each call (and did inform the other party the call was being recorded).

I worked in collections for over 4 years and am familiar with the FDCPA and violations listed within.

I have contacted several local attorneys who specialize in this field and plan to shut this fraud down.

A lady called with a heavy Indian accent stating that she was from the county's attorney office and that I was in legal trouble because a payday loan I failed to pay. Only thing is I don't have a payday loan with that said company. She inquired that I would be arrested at my job.

No answer. Hung up

Left a threatening message.
