I just got a call from the same number with the same message! At first I was like WTF? Then I googled it and see that it is a scam. I did not call it back because I would assume that they wanted my social security number.

***SCAM ALERT*** I missed a call from this number and was left the following voicemail (transcribed by Google Voice) "I am calling from the legal affairs at the U.S. Treasury Department. My badge number is 9165. The nature and the purpose of this call is regarding an enforcement action which has been executed by the U.S. Treasury Department regarding a tax fraud against your name. Ignoring this will be an intentional attempt to avoid initial appearance before a magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense. So, before this matter goes to the federal claims court house, or before you get arrested, kindly call us back on our number as soon as possible. The number to reach us is 760-284-3373. Let me repeat the number again 760-284-3373. Hope to hear from you soon before the charges are pressed against you, thanks.". I called the number back knowing it's an obvious scam and the agent that answered was clearly not in the USA nor any part of the U.S. Treasury Department. The agent actually told me that he is located in Damascus, Syria.
