Received the same call from these two numbers- (209) 736-5422 and (213) 814-2323. If the IRS really has an investigation on you they WILL CONTACT you to submit needed information. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!

same here....contacted to call back or face federal charges, getting arrested, all to do with tax fraud. I though it was odd that the IRS had a "760" number!

Received a voice mail on my cell phone from "officer judy smith" (that should have been the tip off) regarding I had a case against me from the Internal Revenue Service. A legal notice about a felony case or pending arrest. The scary part is I'm currently in negotiation with the IRS. But no, this is NOT a legitimate call. FYI when I called the number, it was disconnected.

I was contacted by this number and told I was named as being involved for tax fraud and before I get sued or arrested I should call immediately, called from a land line , number has been disconnected.

These people called me today stating that I will be arrested for tax fraud and to contact them immediate to not get picked up by the police
