I keep getting calls from this number as well; about 2-3 times a day! So annoying.

WARNING. These people are scam artists trying to sound legit but are trying to get your personal information: credit card number, SSN, etc.
You must call the Federal Trade Commission at (877) 382-4357 and report them. The more people report, the more likely the scammers will be shut down.
