I also have recived calls from this number as well saying I owed money and was going to have me arrested if I didn't pay the 746.18 which is a settlement. As stated below the gentlman I have spoken with says his name is Daniel Smith and again there is a lot of static in the background he also sent me an e-mail and wanted me to fill out my checking infomation and fax it back to me once he gets you this far the phone calls are 4-5 times a day.So I called the BBB to verify because I knew I havn no outstanding debit and she stated it was a scam and instructed me to call the FTC which I did as well who instrusted me as well it was a scam. I then placed a block on my SSN and cancelled my checking account as well watch out these guysare sick.

I am sick and tired of this foreign accent person calling me and my friends saying they are coming to get me if I don't pay them. They don't even let me talk, real smart a-- person who says he is from a law office and his name is John Taylor. Can't even understand the jerk, he doesn't even speak half a-- english. Can hear a lot of people in the background so I am assuming it is nothing but a scam. I have used payday loans but never was late on paying them. I also got a phone call from a company on Friday saying that I owed them money from an Ace paydayloan co. and would settle for 300.00. I asked them to e-mail me the information on Friday AND GEE THEY NEVER DID. Another scam.

The caller, name is LEO, therefore, this is a problem, when someone calls you're work, and makes an urgent statement, for me to call the legal dept; this is a fraudulent caller. I have never been to California, and I don't know anybody, that lives in California.

THE CALL WAS TO MY CELL BLOCKED NUMBER, AN INDIAN SOUNDING MAN LEFT A MESSAGE SAYING HE WAS LAW FIRM O FAMERICA AND LISTED THE LAST 4 OF MY SOCIAL. HE SAID I WAS IN LEGAL TROUBLE OVER A LOAN FROM A FINANCE COMPANY AND NEEDED TO CALL HIM BACK BEFORE I WAS SUED. I RETURNED THE CALL AND HE HUNG UP 4 TIMES BEFORE ANSWERING WITH THE COMPANY TITLE. HE SAID HIS NAME WAS JOHN TAYLOR. HE TOLD ME I OWED THIS COMPANY MONEY DEMANDED PAYMENT IMMEDIATELY OR I WOULD LOSE EVERYTHING I OWNED. HE WOULD NOT GIVE ME AN AMOUNT OR COMPANY NAME, HE SAID HE WOULD CALL MY WORK UNTIL I LOST MY JOB AND WOULD CALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY AS WELL. AFTER I WOULD NOT CLARIFY MY SOCIAL HE HUNG UP. HE CALLED A FRIEND WITH SAME NUMBER DIFF NAME AND CALLED HIS BOSS. PLEASE HELP WITH ANY INFO ON HOW TO REPRT THIS MANIAC!

I got this call today at my job and my co worker took a message I called back and I told him I never got a loan so send it. Then he start cursing and threating me like this is the name of the company you work at I will call you everyday until you get fired. So I kept calling him and told him I was recording this call he said so what B and f u in the a... I said wow some type of LAW FIRM right. I got the name Richard Miller, Neo and a Lee Watson emp # W103 they all sound like they from India

TheHe has started calling me at work. I let it go to voice mail and he states that a creditor is ready to take me to court and I need to call him, Steve Martin,from the legal dept (yet no name) back immediately so he can help me. I know this is a scam due to the fact we are not behind on any of our bills. If I am it is due to idenity theft, therefore go ahead and take me to court. I did try to call back, but no answer and no answer machine. One time it was busy, so if this is a business why no 2nd line or answering machine. He was rude with his message, so can only imagine how he is on the phone. Scam, Scam, Scam and he better stop calling me at work or I will sick our attorneys on him!!

I have been receiving calls every day at work. I asked several times what this was concerning he refused to give me any information so i did the same. He has cussed me and my coworkers out. He is very rude. His name changes everyday. He tells me that he will take me to court if i do not pay. I told him I would rather settle this in court. But he continues to call me. He told my employer I was a dead beat and that I deserved to be fired. He calls back to back its like he doesn't hang the phone up.

I have been receiving phone calls from this number at my job. The gentleman stated that he would not stop calling my employment and will continue to call at my job. I asked if he could send me information on the matter. He ignored me. He kept asking my for personal information without identifying himself and I stated that I would not give this type of information over the phone and he sent information then I could better assist him anyway.

I have been receiving threatening phone calls from this number. This person (heavy Indian accent) claims I took out a cash advance from cash advance usa in October and need to pay the money back or I will be facing federal and state prison. I told him I knew he was a scam cause I never took a loan and I was going to call the police, he then cussed me. Told me to save my money that I was going to need it for my bail hearing. I told him fine let's go to court. He called again and left another message like he never spoke to me before, telling me I need to contact him by Monday, Jan. 24th or I would be facing criminal charges.
