yes! I also receive this call from edward smith,he claim that he is from suppport help desk of inextsupport.he show me the his website which is legetimate , as I confirm it from windows and I was satisfied by there support.
I paid them 450$ for lifetime maintenance and really i paid more than 300$ before to my technician but it won't work all of them was useless but with them i was satisfied,and now i am with them for last 3 years but i won't face any problem

Me too. But when I called the no they respond. But they told me clearly they were not from windows or Microsoft.I went through the process and my problem was well resolved beyond my satisfaction.I am also covered for the lifetime for the computers and laptops that I have.Not what many think of such call ....I believe.
