Got a call from them last Friday. Managed to keep caller busy for 20 minutes, explaining in detail that, regardless of what their database says, this is not a business, and I therefore don't accept credit cards. Caller insisted that I run a business because his database says so. Brought to his attention the fact that his database is outdated, may contain invalid or incorrect entries, so he should be prepared to flag and fix them. He insisted that that's not the case, that his database is authoritive, and always right. Bad mistake, I like to argue. Eventually he figured out that he is wasting his time and hung up without saying good bye. Manners, manners, and a temper to match, all the marks of a gullible, easy target, love it! Looking forward to their next call. where they are going to spend lots more time of not making any money.

Credit card services, hung up on me when I was courteous enough to politely tell them No Thanks. Don't give them the time of day.

THIS COMPANY HAS CALLED ME LIKE 6 TIMES IN THE MATTER OF A FEW DAYS. IVE CONSTANTLY TOLD THIS LADY THAT THE OWNER IS NOT HERE AND TO NEVER CALL AGAIN AND TO REMOVE ME OFF THE LIST. AND THIS STUPID BITCH IS TELLING ME OH YOUR A LIAR THINKING IM THE OWNER. THESE TELEMARKETING COMPANIES NEED TO GET A LIFE AND IF PEOPLE TELL YOU TO BASICALLY LEAVE THEM THE FUCK ALONE SO BE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received a call with a Phoenix area code, told them I did not need a review or change to my CC processing and hung up. They called right back and were rude. I hung up. Then phone rang immediately from this number. Don't know the caller name. Started to pitch their CC processing, told them I was very happy with mine, they kept talking, I again told them I was not interested and asked for his Supervisor. The 'supervisor' told me they could not guarantee their price would be better but that it WOULD be better. Told him not interested and please take my number off any list and hung up. My phone rang immediately and it was the Supervisor telling me that as a small business owner I needed to expect these kind of calls would always come in and there was not a no call list!! Asked him if I was supposed to just hang up on them (hard for me to do) and he said yes. So I did. Just amazing....

I have the same problem with them. They call and tell the person answering that their my credit card processing company and need to speak to me regarding a customer complaint. They refuse to leave contact information. I keep calling them but no one will answer. Just another fradulent company that flys under the radar after small businesses who have no protection or help from city, state, or federal government.

This lady called me 4 times today is really annoying, asking for the owner when I told her that the owner wasn't here and when I told her to take me out of the list she got pissed, whats wrong with this "lady"

A woman by the name Dana pretended to be my current processor, but she was being deceitful. I called my current brokers, J.R. Credit Inc. and they verified that she was not telling the truth. I knew it was fake because my guys can't be beat!

I received a call from this number and when I answered 'yes' that I own the company, the guy calling proceeded to pitch the credit card processing services they offer. When I told them that we have a 3-year contract, he hung-up.

This people called to our business day and night. They asked for the owner or manager but when we asked for the message then they hung up.

We call back and want to tell them DO NOT CALL us anymore but the phone keep ring and ring.

I find this business is very un-professional and they need to practice a better business. so low...
